SOLID SISTERS were invited to screen in Mexico for the Festival de Cine y Video Kayche' Tejidos Visuales held in Merida, Yucatan from September 27 - October 3, 2015

--------------------------------------------------------------- THE INAUGURAL SOLID SCREEN FESTIVAL was in July 2014 cyberTribe was pleased to present the  SOLID SCREEN FESTIVAL  which was held near Ravenshoe in Far North Queensland on Sunday the 20th July, 2014. SOLID Screen  is an International Indigenous Festival of the screen, the first of which was held at Innot Hot Springs and open to the public.  Solid Screen  includes a range of work from screen queens that specialise in a range of contemporary practices. The screenings respond to important transformations that have reconfigured opportunities for experimental arts, remix and media practice, internationally, in recent times.
